China ROHS || Voluntary Certification _ Management Methods for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products

Announcement：

According to the regulation, the State Administration of Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have formulated the “Implementation Arrangement for the Conformity Assessment System for Restrictive Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products“ （ hereinafter referred to as the “ Implementation Arrangement”）. Products that leave factory and that are imported after November 1, 2019 and listed in the “Management Catalogue for Restriction of Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products ( First Batch)” shall meet the requirements of the “ Implementation Arrangement”.

Purpose:

The purpose of the regulation is to control and reduce environmental pollution caused by the abandonment of electrical and electronic products, promote clean production and comprehensive utilization of resources in the electrical and electronic industry, encourage green consumption and protect the environment and human health.
